Paula Levy, MA, LMFT

Paula Levy is an experienced psychotherapist, coach and
divorce mediator with offices in Norwalk and Wilton, Connecticut.
She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Clinical
Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family
Therapy, a member of the Connecticut Association of Marriage
and Family Therapists and of the Connecticut Association of
Divorce Mediatiors.

Psychotherapy

Paula utilizes a solution-focused approach to solving problems.
She focuses on achieving results in a fast and realistic way. Her
clients describe her as bright, compassionate and innovative.
Stress management and life enhancement skills are an area of
interest. She works with clients experiencing anxiety,
depression, marital conflicts and all types of life transitions
including career changes, remarriage, childbirth, adoption,
empty nest and other life changing events. She frequently
works with families impacted by a child with learning disabilities.

Divorce/Family Mediation

An area of focus in her practice has been divorce issues. She
is a certified divorce mediator and done extensive work with
children and families affected by divorce issues. Her experience
as a family therapist is invaluable to understanding the impact of
divorce on each member of the family. Currently, she mediates
with an attorney-mediator to expediate the process and address
legal issues as they occur.

Life, Health and Business Coaching

Paula combines her experience and training as a therapist with
her business experience as a CPA in her coaching practice.
Her goal is to partner with the client to achieve results.
